Periodic Method was created because, over many years, we realized we were building something much bigger.

Our journey started with a simple belief: when people feel better physically, they show up differently in every part of their lives. They become more confident. More present. More willing to invest in themselves and the people around them.

For Chris, that belief was born through recovery. After years of long-distance running and pushing his body to its limits, chronic injuries forced him to look beyond conventional solutions. His search for lasting wellness introduced him to regenerative medicine, infrared sauna, float therapy, halotherapy, movement, recovery, and the idea that small, intentional habits often create the greatest long-term results.

For Donna, the journey looked different. She has spent years building businesses centered around exceptional client care, working alongside talented estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness professionals. Through thousands of conversations with clients, one thing became clear: people rarely came in looking only for clearer skin or a relaxing massage.

They came in hoping to feel like themselves again. Sometimes that meant easing chronic stress, feeling comfortable enough to wear short sleeves again, or it simply meant looking in the mirror and recognizing the person staring back.

Those moments became the reason we do what we do.

That philosophy became the foundation for Eleventh Element Relaxation Spa. From the beginning, we never wanted to build just another spa. We wanted to create a place where people felt cared for, educated, encouraged, and supported throughout their wellness journey. A place where recovery, relaxation, skincare, and self-care worked together—not as separate services, but as part of a larger philosophy.

Over the years, that philosophy extended beyond our treatment rooms. We have always believed wellness should ripple outward into the communities we serve. Whether supporting local organizations, giving back through sponsorships and donations, partnering with community initiatives, or simply creating a welcoming space where people feel seen and valued, we've tried to build businesses that contribute more than they consume. Not because it's good marketing. Because it's simply who we want to be.

As the spa grew, we had the privilege of serving thousands of guests. Every conversation became another opportunity to listen, and we witnessed all the patterns that began to emerge. They weren't asking for the trend of the month, or a complicated routine. They were asking one simple question. “How do I maintain my results at home?"

That question became the beginning of Periodic Method.

Inspired by the precision of the periodic table, every formula is intentionally designed so every ingredient serves a purpose and every product works as part of a complete system. We believe effective skincare shouldn't be overwhelming. It should be understandable, purposeful, and rooted in ingredients that earn their place.

But perhaps more importantly, it's built around real people.

Like the young man who had spent years battling severe acne after exhausting countless dermatologist visits. Working closely with our skincare professionals, we helped develop an approach that respected his unique skin sensitivities. Over time, his complexion improved—but what mattered most wasn't clearer skin. It was watching someone regain the confidence to stop hiding.

Or the woman who wasn't trying to look twenty years younger. She simply wanted to recognize the vibrant version of herself she still felt inside. Through consistent care and a thoughtful routine, she didn't just receive compliments from friends and family—she rediscovered confidence every time she looked in the mirror.

Those stories remind us what we're really creating. It was never just about skincare. It's confidence and trust we’re building one client at a time.

Today, Periodic Method represents the next chapter of that mission. Not a separate business, or simply a skincare line. But another way to help people continue their wellness journey beyond the walls of our spa. Because while products matter, what people are really looking for is someone they can trust. That's what we're building. An ecosystem of wellness.

One that connects education, recovery, skincare, self-care, community, and confidence into something that helps people live healthier, fuller lives. We believe consistency creates lasting change, and that wellness isn't about perfection, but about intention.
